but I feel that if you want to help animals,
the biggest way is to influence people to start caring with your compassion and love for animals, not constantly asking for donations. Every. single. fucking. week. Or every three days. A little goes a long way.
You would be using your own hard earned money. You would be spreading the word and getting funding with your talent, whatever it is. You would be fighting with organizations/companies/governments to provide better care or even officialize a certain law for animals. And even if you asked for donations, there should not be a fixed amount stated. If people feel the same way as you, they will eventually start giving more to the animals on their own accord - monetary or not.
'Donations' should come from the heart, not through guilt feeling or pressure.
This post is structurely wrecked, but whatever. I'm feeling too pissed to correct.
