Where did all that confidence from year 1 go?
The confidence that I'd get what i want if i strive hard enough,
and that burning passion to be the best in whatever i did.
I feel like i've grown mentally - experienced and overcame some tough hurdles in life,
but there are some things which i used to have that i miss - Not necessarily the 'good' things.
Things sure have changed.
I'm not really sure if what i want is peace of mind or career stability or something more altogether?
And can stability be found in a job you'd actually enjoy?
Why do so many people eventually get a 9-5 job which they're not interested in?
Money.
MONEY IS THE BIG FUCKING FACTOR.
Money is equivalent to security, a shelter over our heads, and a means to support our family.
Who doesn't want that?
Eventually we live our lives wanting more, and there's never enough to satisfy us so we continue slogging in a dumbass office job, complaining about bosses and how work is shitty.
So the question is,
How do i land a job which provides me with enough money to do what i need to for the family and myself yet be something i enjoy, and is meaningful to me ?
And if there isn't such a job, is there a way i can fulfill all the above requests somehow?
Is a good balance achievable?
Ah, such a dilemma.
